Unsere Sichtweise: RSL-Werte unter 0,90: „Finger weg“, da möglicherweise im Abwärtstrend. RSL-Werte. Ab RSL-Wert 1,15 schon eher in der „Kaufzone“. RSL-Werte ab 1,40: “Achtung überhitze Phase“. Beispiel: Wenn die Aktie einen RSL-Wert von 1,60 hat, dann hüte ich mich diese Aktie zu kaufen, da kurzfristig ein Rücksetzer droht. 23.07.2023: Die Aktie Spobag habe ich am 22.07.23 entfernt. Eine Aktie die in fünf Tagen ca. 100% zulegt, gehört nicht zu dem klassischen RSL-Konzept nach Levy. Warum? Solide stetige Kursanstiege sind gesucht! Keine größeren Kurssprünge. Bemerkenswert sind die Aktien mit Pluspunkten. IonQ ist um 52% von 9,45 auf 14,42 Euro gestiegen. Super Micro Computer ist um 35% von 200,00 auf 270,00 Euro gestiegen. Symbotic I. um 22% und Silka um 4,8%. Kaufliste auf der Startseite.
11.09.2023: Super Micro Computer ist zwischenzeitig „unter die Räder“ gekommen und hat sich wieder etwas erholt. IonQ lässt bei ca. 20 Euro grüßen. Der RSL-Indikator liefert wirklich interessante Aktien. Fundamental Daten dazu geben meist wenig Vertrauen. Deswegen sind diese RSL Aktien immer nur als Depotbeimischung (erhöhtes Risiko) geeignet und brauchen unbedingt ein Stop-Loss-Limit (siehe Risikomanagement). Ich selbst kaufe deshalb nur RSL-Aktien ins Depot, deren fundamentalen Zahlen auch wenigstens durchschnittlich sind (KGV zwischen 1 und 20 usw.).
Eine RSL-Depotliste wird auf der Startseite geführt. Und hier die ca. 10% besten RSL-Aktien aus ca. 1500 Aktien Grundgesamtheit (mein Aktienhimmel). Kaufkandidaten sind aus dieser Liste dann die Aktien, deren fundamental Daten einigermaßen solide sind und weiteren Kriterien. Siehe RSL-Fazit. Aktuelles Beispiel (15.01.2024) ist die Aktie Vonovia SE (DE000A1ML7J1). Die Aktie notiert ca. 28,- Euro an der Börse. Der Buchwert der Aktie beträgt ca. 39,- Euro. (2021: umgekehrte Verhältnisse: Aktie ca. 52 Euro, Buchwert ca. 42 Euro.) Somit ist die Aktie fundamental relativ gut abgesichert. Der RSL liegt am 14.01.2024 ist der Kaufzone. Somit ist diese Aktie sowohl technisch, als auch fundamental ein Kauf. Das Risiko ist eher als begrenzt einzustufen, selbst wenn der Wohnungsbestand von Vonovia noch 30% zu hoch bewertet sein sollte. Googeln Sie mal Vonovia. Die Onvista-Bank schreibt u.a. folgendes über die Bewertung zu Vonovia: „Bei der Vonovia-Aktie sehen wir einen inneren Wert, der deutlich über dem Aktienkurs liegt. So liegt der Wert der Net Tangible Assets (NTA) je Aktie bei über 50 Euro. Das bedeutet, dass der Wert der vorhandenen materiellen Aktiva (insbesondere Immobilien) abzüglich der nicht-materiellen Aktiva und Verbindlichkeiten höher ist, als der derzeitige Aktienkurs. Wir sehen sogar eine deutliche Diskrepanz: Mit einem Kurs-NTA-Verhältnis von 0,54 könnte noch ein deutlich zweistelliges Kurspotenzial gegeben sein.“(Quelle Onvista Aktienwelt vom 17.01.2024).
